By LISTENING and carefully noting ~in writing~ their  understanding of client expectations the EDM Team creates an environment where  expectations can be met and where misunderstandings and assumptions are negated. Client Relations are therefore of supreme importance in the Business Philosophy of EDM. A second aspect regarding the Business Philosophy of EDM regards the relationships it forms with strategic  partners and allies. Targeting like-minded companies and individuals, EDM not only builds its own capacity to  Deliver More, but adds immense value to the product these companies can offer to their clients.   Mentorship is of tremendous importance to EDM and a third point in their Business Philosophy. By creating a  Professional Advisory Board they not only offer clients a greater pool of knowledge, skill and experience, but  also grow each Team Members' ability to excel and achieve beyond expectation. The mentorship program also  aims to create a platform for junior and perhaps unskilled members of the EDM Team to gain the skills and  training necessary to achieve success and build better lives for themselves and their families.
